Understanding your quote
The published package is the starting point. The final proposal reflects the coverage and logistics your wedding actually needs.
Reception-only service costs less than a plan that also needs ceremony music, microphones, and cue support.
A separate ceremony site, patio, cocktail area, or ballroom can require additional sound coverage and transition planning.
Travel, load-in access, very early setup, long gaps, mountain routes, and an unusually long event can change the final quote.

Timing policy
I do not force weddings into public four-hour or six-hour boxes. Your quote reflects the actual schedule and service scope.
Full Venue requires a consultation and is offered only when the venue plan, equipment needs, and event complexity are a good fit. Unusually long events, extended gaps, very early setup, after-parties, distant travel, complicated venue logistics, or major timeline changes may require an adjusted custom quote.
